~ Ken's Anniversary Gifts ~

It's only getting started the life that is ahead
Will be full of God's glory in klidescope colors that are spread
Across the vastness of the land of promise and new dreams
Filled with lucious smells and babbling brooks with flowing serene streams

You see in a dark mirror with only a glimpse of true beauty
Fading on earth, but full and majestic in heaven with God's deity
Jesus standing amid the tranquil gardens of delight
The rainbows continue and bring the colorful, cascading light
Of the Light of Jesus shining for all to see
Bringing everlasting joy especially for you and for me

Heaven holds treasures of your children gone too soon
Waiting for their families they croon a heavenly tune
To comfort you in all of your waking days
Filling your heart with hope to meet them one day and they will say
" I've missed you for all these days
Our hearts have hungered for each loved one to come and play
Again in the flower scented gardens with Jesus
He awaits your coming and joining in the fun
He will please us in the dancing with us in the Son"

It's only the beginning, Mom
Of the joys it will bring for us for all eternity
You have a new home waiting there for you and you will see me
The joy is coming and the sorrow will be in the past
For we will share in this eternal Love that has come and will forever last
